রেড ব্যানানা আমের বৈশিষ্ট্য সমূহঃ

 

১। রেড ব্যানানা আম তাইওয়ানের একটি বিখ্যাত জাতের আম। ইদানীং বাংলাদেশে এই আম ব্যাপকভাবে জনপ্রিয়তা লাভ করছে নানাবিধ বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারনে।

২। এই আমটি একটি লেট ভ্যারাইটি জাতের আম। ফলে চাহিদা বেশী, বাজারে যোগান কম। সুতরাং, বাজারে এই আম বিক্রি করে ভাল দাম পাওয়া যায়।

৩। আমটি দেখতে রঙিন এবং অনেক সুন্দর। এই আমের ছাল পাতলা, আঁটি ছোট, আঁশবিহীন, রসালো এবং মিষ্টতার পরিমাণ অনেক বেশী।

৪। গাছে আম আসার পর ব্যাগিং করে দিতে হয়। ব্যাগিং করার আগে আমের গায়ে ছত্রাকনাশক ওষুধ স্প্রে করে দিতে হয়। তাহলে আম ভাল, সুন্দর ও অক্ষত থাকে।

৫। এই আমের চমৎকার একটি গন্ধ আছে। যা আম প্রেমীদের খুব আকর্ষণ করে।

৬। রেড ব্যানানা আম গাছ ছাদ বাগানে চাষ করার জন্য বেশ উপযোগী। তবে মাটি কিংবা ছাদ উভয় জায়গাতেই এই আমের চাষ করা যায়।

৭। জুলাই মাসের শেষের দিকে গাছে রেড ব্যানানা আম পাকতে শুরু করে। ফলন অত্যন্ত ভাল।

৮। প্রতিটি রেড ব্যানানা আম গড়ে ৭০০ থেকে ১০০০ গ্রাম (এক কেজি) ওজনের পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে।

৯। ভাল ফলনের জন্য কলম থেকে উৎপাদিত চারা উৎকৃষ্ট। রোপণের জন্য একটি চারা থেকে আরেকটি চারার দুরুত্ব হতে হবে অন্তত আট ফিট।

১০। কলমের চারা রোপণের জন্য জমি উর্বর করে নিতে হয়। চারদিকে জৈব সার ছিটিয়ে দিতে হয়। তাহলে ভাল ফলাফল পাওয়া যায়।

১১। রেড ব্যানানা আম স্বাদে অনন্য। তাই বাজারে চাহিদা ও দাম বেশী পাওয়া যায়।

১২। প্রতিটি গাছের উচ্চতা গড়ে আট থেকে নয় ফুট পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে। ফলে ছাদ কৃষির জন্য বেশ উপযোগী।

4. After the mangoes are harvested from the tree, they need to be bagged. Before bagging, the mangoes need to be sprayed with fungicides. This ensures that the mangoes remain healthy, beautiful, and intact.
